Fût de Chêne MV19 is a multi-vintage Grand Cru Champagne produced exclusively from Aÿ fruit, crafted by the house of Henri Giraud. The cuvée is rooted in a base vintage of 2019, complemented by reserve wines from earlier years, creating a rich, layered blend.
Made up of approximately Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, with vinification and primary aging in small oak barrels from the Argonne forest. The champagne then rests on the lees in bottle for around four years, imparting depth and texture

Rich and expressive, showing notes of dried apricot, honeyed frangipane, hazelnut, and light oxidative characters from oak aging.

Ample and structured: smooth mousse with seamless bubbles, pronounced vinosity. The palate features flavors of citrus zest, pastry, light walnut, and subtle woodsy undertones; a fresh backbone of acidity and saline minerality balances the richness.
