Vermouth La Copa is a classic Spanish vermouth (aromatized fortified wine) revived by González Byass, one of the most storied producers from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain — the home of sherry. Based on a family recipe dating back to 1896, La Copa is crafted by blending aged sherry wines (Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and/or Fino) with a carefully selected mix of botanicals such as wormwood, savory, clove, orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, angelica and cinchona bark to achieve an elegant bitter-sweet and herbal balance with Spanish flair.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Deep amber-red hue with warm gold highlights.

NOSE:
Complex and aromatic with spice (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg), orange peel zest, herbal warmth and subtle dried fruit.
