The Sauvignon Blanc comes from estate and neighboring Rutherford vineyards, where deep alluvial soils, warm days, and cool evening breezes from the San Pablo Bay create optimal ripening conditions. The fruit is harvested at peak freshness, fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatics, and aged briefly on lees for added texture while maintaining vibrant acidity.
