Description
This 100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) comes from high-density, low-yielding vineyards at 350–900 m altitude across Mazzon, Gleno, Pinzano, and Montagna in Alto Adige. Vinified in open-top stainless steel with gentle punch-downs, it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages 12 months in barriques (20% new French oak), followed by bottle maturation under screw cap.
