Tasting Notes
NOSE:
Soft tropical fruit and toasted coconut, with aromas of caramelised sugar, banana bread, vanilla, and oak spice. Hints of cocoa, honey, and orange peel emerge with time.
TASTE:
Rich and balanced — molasses sweetness meets dry oak, showing toffee, pineapple, coconut cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The mid-palate has elegant vanilla, roasted nuts, and light tobacco.
FINISH:
Long and warming, with spiced oak, vanilla pod, and dry tropical fruit. A slight tannic edge gives structure, showing the well-integrated cask influence typical of Foursquare’s house style.
