NOSE:
Fresh and fruity — yellow pear, grapefruit, peach, with hints of citrus and stone fruit. A slight touch of vanilla may be present in some bottlings.
TASTE:
Medium to medium-full body. Flavours echo the nose: pear, citrus, yellow peach, with zesty lime and melon tones. There is balanced acidity, mild/crisp, and a pleasantly fresh finish. Vanilla or soft oak is very subtle or absent in many expressions.

Clean and refreshing, medium length, with fruit persistence.
