Finca Viñoa Paraje Penaboa is an exceptional single-vineyard white wine from the historic D.O. Ribeiro in Galicia, Spain. Crafted by Bodega Pazo Casanova from a meticulous selection of indigenous grapes — predominantly Treixadura (90%), with touches of Albariño, Godello and Loureira — this wine embodies the pure expression of its unique terroir in the Valle del Avia. A wine only produced in the most outstanding vintages, Paraje Penaboa showcases centuries-old viticultural tradition with modern precision and elegance.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Pale to medium yellow with bright metallic highlights, brilliantly clear and with a rich, slow-forming ‘tear’ on the glass.

NOSE:
Intensely aromatic, with fresh floral notes of orange blossom and chamomile, followed by ripe stone fruits — peach, white plum and lychee — and citrus peel (lemon, mandarin). Herbal undertones (anise, fennel), delicate spice, fine pastry cream hints, and subtle cedar and river stone minerality add complexity.

TASTE:
Elegant and enveloping on the palate, with juicy stone fruit and hints of citronella and honeysuckle.

FINISH:
Silky texture with pronounced salinity and vibrant minerality, balanced acidity and a dry, lingering finish.
