Description
PietraLuna is a single-varietal Negroamaro wine from the sun-drenched Salento peninsula in Puglia, Italy, produced by Felline / Racemi Agricola near Manduria. Made from 100 % Negroamaro — one of the region’s most important indigenous red grapes — this wine captures the authentic, earthy, spicy character of Salento terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards on calcareous, iron-rich “terra rossa” soils, fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve bright fruit intensity and varietal purity.
Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Deep ruby red with violet reflections, typical of a ripe Negroamaro.
NOSE:
Aromatic and engaging, with ripe blackberries and black cherries complemented by vanilla, clove and citrus peel notes.
TASTE:
Juicy and medium-to-full bodied, showing plum and cassis flavours balanced by bright acidity, soft tannins and a savoury finish.
FINISH:
Smooth and round on the palate with a lingering spicy, earthy finish — a wine with both fruit presence and Mediterranean character.
