Celeste Reserva 2021, produced by Pago del Cielo (Familia Torres), is crafted from 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) sourced from high‑altitude vineyards (~895 m) in the Ribera del Duero DO—planted on limestone-rich slopes at Fompedraza, Canalejas de Peñafiel, and Pesquera.
The wine undergoes 16 months of oak aging (predominantly French, with a small proportion of American) followed by bottle maturation—a modern, elevated style of Ribera wine.
