Emiliana Amaluna Brut is an organic, traditional-method sparkling wine produced by the eco-conscious winery Emiliana, located in Chile’s Casablanca Valley. It is crafted from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, fermented according to the classic méthode traditionnelle with a second fermentation in the bottle and six months of lees contact for added depth.
