From Chile’s Central Valley (Rapel / Colchagua sub-regions), the Adobe Reserva Carmenère is an organic, vegan-friendly red crafted by Viña Emiliana, one of the world’s leading organic and biodynamic wineries. Carmenère, once nearly extinct in its native Bordeaux, has become Chile’s signature grape, offering plush fruit, spice, and smooth tannins.
