Produced by Casa Don Ramón, this mezcal is made 100% from the lesser-known Salmiana agave (aged 8–10 years), harvested in Zacatecas. It undergoes traditional methods—earth oven cooking, wild yeast fermentation, double pot distillation—and is bottled at 40% ABV, featuring artisanal bottles with smoky finishes and engraved glasswork.
