Pinoterie is a rare and highly expressive Pinot Noir cuvée from Domaine Prieuré Roch. True to the estate’s ethos, it is made from organically and biodynamically farmed grapes, with minimal intervention. The name “Pinoterie” (a playful term evoking the art of Pinot) reflects the winemaker’s intent to showcase Pinot Noir’s most aromatic and sensual character—likely through whole-cluster fermentation, native yeasts, and aging in old oak.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Light to medium ruby, vibrant clarity.

NOSE:
A fragrant burst of wild raspberry, red cherry, rose petals, dried herbs, and a hint of spice. Perfumed and lifted.

TASTE:
Lively red fruit, savory herbal tones, bright acidity, and silky tannins. Supple and transparent with earthy finesse and a touch of whole-cluster grip. A pure, “naked” Pinot profile.

FINISH:
