100% Chardonnay from the “Le Cloud” climat in Ladoix-Serrigny, planted on 0.958 ha of 15–20-year-old vines. Certified organic and biodynamic farming; hand-harvested fruit. Gentle, low-intervention vinification in neutral vessels—likely a mix of stainless steel and aged barrels—that preserves freshness and authenticity .
