Description
Domaine du Bouchot Vin Orange is a limited-production 100% Sauvignon Blanc, grown on biodynamically farmed vines in the Les Coûtes du Bout parcel near Saint‑Andelain. These vines are planted on limestone soils rich in caillottes and trace the Portlandian formation of the region.
Antoine Gouffier harvests slightly overripe fruit, leaving it to macerate on the skins for five months without added SO₂, fermenting with native yeasts, then aging the wine for one year in old barrels before gentle filtration and bottling.
