Domaine des Moriers – Chiroubles is a refined Cru red wine from the Chiroubles AOP in the northern part of the Beaujolais region of France. Crafted from 100% Gamay, this wine comes from vineyards planted on granitic soils with an average vine age of around 40 years. The estate practices organic farming and gentle, traditional winemaking with a focus on whole-cluster fermentation and care for terroir expression. With half the wine maturing in concrete and the remainder in 228-liter barrels, this wine showcases both purity of fruit and subtle structural depth.
