Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Rich crimson, with lively hue and good clarity.
NOSE:
Brooding dark fruits (blackcurrants, blackberries), supported by red fruit notes. There are spice aromas: cloves, nutmeg, perfume-like floral hints. Some subtle oak and maybe vanilla or cedar in the background.
TASTE:
Juicy red and black fruit flavours — cranberry, plum, mulberry. Medium body. The fruit is well structured; silky but noticeable tannins. Oak comes through subtly. There’s a savoury edge that balances the fruit-sweetness.
FINISH:
Soft and elegant finish; dry and savoury with lingering fruit and gentle oak. The tannins resolve smoothly.
