Delheim’s Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon blend combines two classic red grapes (Shiraz/Syrah + Cabernet Sauvignon) to produce a medium-bodied, fruit-driven wine. It’s crafted in Stellenbosch, South Africa, on the slopes of Simonsberg. It sits in Delheim’s Lifestyle (or “Family Lifestyle”) range, meaning it's designed for everyday drinkability: accessible, pleasant, and reliable.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Bright ruby or deep crimson with a purple/hue that suggests relative youth.

NOSE:
Juicy red and black fruit: cherries, plums, blueberries; with warm spice, possibly pepper; slight savoury / tobacco leaf hints; sometimes a touch of oak-derived vanilla or chocolate.

TASTE:
Medium-bodied; velvety mouth-feel. Flavours mirror the nose: red cherries, blackberries, possibly some blue fruit. The blend brings in Shiraz spice, and Cabernet adds structure / freshness and a slight savoury underpinning. Tannins are soft to moderate; finish lingering with fruit and some tannin grip.

FINISH:
Fine tannins; good fruit intensity lingering into the finish. Acidity is enough to keep it fresh without making it sharp; finish has both fruit and spice lingering.
