David Léclapart L'Aphrodisiaque Premier Cru 2016 is a rare and exceptional Champagne crafted by biodynamic producer David Léclapart. This cuvée is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, sourced from the Premier Cru village of Trépail in the Montagne de Reims. The 2016 vintage was particularly challenging due to mildew, resulting in a limited production of approximately 7,000 bottles. Léclapart chose to blend the entire harvest into this single cuvée, showcasing his commitment to quality and expression of terroir.
