COLOR:
Straw-yellow color (pale gold), with a fine and persistent perlage (bubbles) and soft mousse.
NOSE:
Fresh, inviting bouquet. Citrus notes (lime, maybe lemon), orchard or stone fruit (white peach), floral hints (lime blossom or perhaps linden / lime flower), with light herbal/spice touches (e.g. green pepper or fresh herb nuance).
TASTE:
Crisp and vertical; tension and freshness are central. The acidity is lively (“crunchy” in some descriptions). White peach / citrus fruit flavors, light minerality, and hints of savory or spicy detail carry through.
FINISH:
The finish is persistent, clean, with maybe a trace of salinity or sapidity adding dimension.

Because Brut Race – Ducati Corse is lively, fresh, and crisp, it works best with foods that complement rather than overpower its character. Pairing ideas:
