The Christian Drouin Calvados Expérimental “Hine Angels” 17 Year Old is a rare, artisanal French apple brandy from the Pays d’Auge region of Normandy, produced by the esteemed family-run house Christian Drouin. This limited-edition expression (only ~1,296 bottles) starts with a deeply aged 17-year-old Calvados, then receives a six-month finish in three ex-Cognac Hine barrels, bringing a refined interplay of Normandy orchard character and rich Cognac-derived nuance.
