Château du Seuil – Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence Rouge is a refined red wine crafted predominantly from Syrah and Grenache grapes, with some vintages incorporating Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault. The estate, spanning 62 hectares, is situated on the clay-limestone slopes of the Trévaresse hills near Aix-en-Provence. The vineyards benefit from a southern exposure, ensuring optimal ripening conditions. The wine undergoes vinification in concrete vats, followed by maturation in stainless steel to preserve its fresh and expressive character.
