Château du Seuil – Blanc, from the Coteaux d’Aix‑en‑Provence AOP, is a vibrant, fresh Provence white crafted from a certified organic vineyard at 300–500 m elevation on the Trévaresse plateau near Aix‑en‑Provence.
The blend typically combines Rolle (Vermentino), Grenache Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc, all gently pressed and spontaneously fermented at low temperature in stainless-steel vats to preserve purity and fresh aromatics.

NOSE:
Expressive and floral, with citrus blossom, white flowers, litchi and white peach notes.
TASTE:
Crisp and vibrant on the palate, juicy texture reminiscent of William pear and grape fruitiness, marked by a gently flinty/mineral lift.
FINISH:
Clean, refreshing finish with well-balanced acidity and bright minerality, designed for early drinking within 2–3 years of vintage.
