Description

A rare vintage Armagnac distilled in 1999 from estate-grown grapes (Ugni Blanc, Baco, Folle Blanche, Colombard), matured for at least 15 years in Gascony oak on-site at Château de Laubade. Bottled at a classic 40% ABV, it showcases the traditional single-distillation, grape-specific aging process that defines the house.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Deep amber with warm, inviting highlights.

NOSE:
Aromas of orange blossom, floral perfume, vanilla, cedar, caramel, dried fruits (peach, apple, apricot), and subtle oak spice.

TASTE:
Silky and well‑balanced—rich berry and citrus marmalade notes intermingle with dried peach and pear, touches of jammy lemon, Timut pepper, a whisper of tobacco, and light vanilla‑caramel undertones.

FINISH:
Smooth, long and pleasant, with floral elegance, cedar warmth, and lingering caramel‑dried fruit nuances.
