Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Deep, dense purple—indicative of its swirling mountain fruit.
NOSE:
Cassis, dark cherry, and spiced plum. Chocolate, espresso, cedar, and cardamom. Subtle cedar cigar box, anise, and herbal lift.
TASTE:
Full-bodied, rich blackberry and blackcurrant flavors. Blueberry, dark chocolate, licorice, with minerality from estate soils. Suede-like, silky tannins and vibrant acidity .
FINISH:
Long and plush—notes of espresso, cedar, anise, herbs, and cast‑iron mineral accent linger.
