Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Pale straw yellow colour, with greenish hints, clear and bright.

NOSE:
Fresh and delicate. Notes of green apple, pear, maybe a little lemon or citrus peel, light floral hints.

TASTE:
Flavours of pear, apple, light stone fruit, possibly some citrus. Mineral undertones may also be present.

FINISH:
Light‐to‐medium body; clean and refreshing finish.
