The “1520” commemorates the year of the coronation of King Carlos I of Spain (also Holy Roman Emperor Charles V) and symbolizes the brand’s link to Spanish royal heritage.

It is crafted via the classic criaderas & solera system (the Solera Gran Reserva category), which involves older spirits blended with younger in successive barrels — ensuring a consistently rich, mature profile.
