This wine is produced in the Pays d’Oc Indication Géographique Protégée (IGP) covering the Languedoc-Roussillon region in southern France.

It is a 100% Merlot varietal wine (per the producer’s official site) grown on clay-limestone and stony soils (“argilloso-calcáreos y pedregosos”).
