Description

Bruce Jack's Shiraz (aka Syrah) is crafted with early-morning harvested fruit from selected vineyards in the Western Cape’s cooler areas. After destemming, it undergoes fermentation in both open-top and closed tanks with wild yeasts, followed by aging in a mix of stainless steel and barrel to ensure a smooth, plush texture.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby with violet rim.

NOSE:
Rich plum and raspberry notes layered with exotic spices, pepper, smoke, and dark chocolate.

TASTE:
Medium-plus body featuring ripe strawberries, currants, velvety tannins, Indian spices, black forest fruit, and silky chocolate undertones.
