Bruce Jack crafts this Sauvignon Blanc by blending fruit from premium vineyards—including cool sites on the Cape South Coast—to create a wine with dual personality: refreshing crispness and ripe juiciness. Grapes are harvested early, de-stemmed, pressed gently, and flown to stainless-steel tanks with lees contact to enhance texture.
