Sourced from the cold, windswept Cape South Coast (Overberg Highlands), this single-vineyard Pinot Noir embodies the so-called “heartbreak grape”—tempered yet expressive. The vines thrive in rocky coastal soils, producing ripe, nuanced fruit. Methodical hand-harvesting, gentle whole‑berry handling, and balanced use of French oak (aged ~12 months) aim to highlight elegance and purity.

Fragrant and floral—wild strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry, pressed purple flowers, rubiaceous scents, juniper bitters, and subtle sweet spices.
