An artisan-driven, experimental Shiraz from Bruce Jack’s acclaimed Ghost In The Machine range, this wine blends traditional viticulture with avant-garde techniques. Crafted from Shiraz (typically 85%) often complemented by small portions of Grenache/Malbec, the grapes are early-picked, fermented as whole bunches, and undergo natural yeast and malolactic fermentations. Aged in French oak for around 20 months, each bottle features a unique, ever-changing label—a visual nod to the wine’s imaginative spirit.

Enticing aromas of blackberry, violet petals, lavender, cedar spice, cocoa dust, tilled earth, and a crisp cucumber-green lift.
