Description
Brown Brothers Premium Cuvée NV is an elegant, traditionally crafted sparkling wine from Victoria’s cool-climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba. Made using the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise), it features a blend of Pinot Noir (56%), Chardonnay (29%), and Pinot Meunier (15%). The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, followed by secondary bottle fermentation and three years of aging on lees, achieving refined complexity and depth.
