Our Own Selection Gavi is made for us by the Sarotto family in the Comune di Gavi. The 2021 vintage particularly suited the fresh Cortese grape, grown here on mineral-rich white soils. This is delicate and finessed, with bright aromas of spring flowers, lemon peel and peach and a refreshingly mineral finish. Complex and energetic, this is a quintessential Northern Italian white.
