This expression is a Small Batch independent bottling by Berry Bros. & Rudd, distilled in 2010 at Caol Ila (Islay) and matured in hogshead casks. Bottled in 2021 at 56.40% ABV, around 953 bottles were released as part of the Winter 2021 collection.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Sea breeze, toasted teacakes, honey, and petrichor.

TASTE:
Demerara sugar, anise, earthy peat, with a subtle kick of red chili.

FINISH:
Richly coastal, lingering gently on the palate.
