Distilled in 2009, this limited-edition expression was matured for 12 years in a single puncheon cask (Cask No. 2606), yielding just 668 bottles. It’s presented at cask strength with an ABV of 57.1%, and is non-chill-filtered and naturally colored.

Tasting Notes
NOSE:
Light hints of vanilla, citrus, a touch of pepper, and light peat.
TASTE:
Light smoky soot, subtle fruit (possibly pears), flavors of seafood bisque and salty, smoked bacon over porridge.

Medium to long, sweet cereal notes with sootiness and hints of seafood.
