A vibrant, terroir-driven organic Blaufränkisch from Horitschon in Austria’s Mittelburgenland, crafted by biodynamic pioneers Bauer‑Pöltl. This flagship bottling is fermented in large wooden barrels and aged for around 12 months, revealing the variety’s spicy structure and regional clay‑iron character.
