Produced by the Antech family, who have been crafting elegant sparkling wines for six generations, this cuvée showcases the historic Mauzac grape, blended with Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay for balance and finesse. Aged on the lees, this wine embodies the finesse, freshness, and heritage of southern France.
