Absinthe La Verte — Bourgeois is a traditional French verte absinthe crafted by Distillerie Bourgeois, a small artisanal distillery in Arçon in the Doubs region of eastern France. This expression is distilled from a classic botanical base that includes grande wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), green anise, fennel, and other herbs, before undergoing a second maceration of plants after distillation to extract natural chlorophyll — giving it its characteristic green hue and a richly herbaceous bouquet.
